Hey all,
I'm back to blogging again, have to update u all with new stuff wheneva possible on a new wk.... =) Well, my title ish "The transformation of a sweet gal with dreams whose luck ish getting a lot beta & beta each day.... =)".... =D I juz received my MDIS(Queenstown) result slip for my Dec '05 exams, Fundamentals of IT & Biz Statistics(Stats) b4 C.N.Y in Jan '06.... I did reasonably well for that, got a B(70%-79%) for Fundamentals of IT & a D(50%-59%) for Biz Stats.... => So I'm still beri hapi ova that.... (^_^) Recently, a female mgr of Cedele Depot, Irene cored up my hm fone on last Fri nite(It was a surprise cos' I oso went to fill up a job appln form @ Cedele Depot on 19/1/2006 & I neva tot I wld hear frm de bakery mgmt again, it's been 2 wks), telling me that I'm hired, that I wld hv to go for training on last Sat frm 9 a.m.-3 p.m.... I hv been hunting for a f/t stable job for a crazy 1 mth.... I did feel quite sian without a f/t stable job all dish while.... =( But I alwayz kept up my spirits high cos' I truly believe that with my newer qualifications, I'll definitely stand many good chances to get a f/t stable job.... I'm hving my braces removed on 13/2/2006.... My best fren & 1st god sis, Mingli ish going on a family trip to Thailand tmr.... Even though her parents hv alwayz been too strict with her, setting so many time curfews on her(poor gal!!), they still give her some privileges, esp going on a family trip & allowing her to get a bf(She got to know dish 19-yr-old Chi guy frm her tuition ctr since Sept '05 till nw & she's attached nw.... =)).... =D I hv alwayz been by her side encouraging, inspiring & caring for her, listening to her woes.... I'm beri glad to say that my Motorola C650 contract wld be ending on 23/2/2006 & my dad ish getting a new Sony Ericsson Z520i for me on the same day.... => Oh yeah.... =P Cheers!!

Yoz every1, I went for ystd nite's BSB concert @ 8:25 p.m.(actual time: 8 p.m.,started @ 8:15 p.m.) and I enjoyed myself a lot alone.... =)

I went for ystd nite's BSB concert @ the S.I.S @ 8:25 p.m.(actual time: 8 p.m., started @ 8:15 p.m.).... =) My dad bought 4 me the ticket 6 days b4 ystd nite.... =D It costs $95, has a 10% discount of $87.50.... => It's considered a gd deal, man!! (^_^) It's stated on my ticket: "Samsung & Harvey Norman present The Backstreet Boys Never Gone Tour".... My seat: 13, row: 21, Blk T39, North Entrance.... I read abt de outcum of the BSB concert in ystd's Life ystd aftanoon, 80% of the tickets have been sold wh means their reunion concert ish a mega success!! =D It goes to show that most pple still adore the 5 hunks of the pop group.... => Cum 2 think abt it, I have been an ardent BSB
fan since the age of 16 till nw(it's alrdy 5, 6 yrs.... It has been soooo.... long, man!!) and my most fave idol ish definitely Howie Dorough(His real name: Howard) as it's cos' of his beri kawaii(cute) and cool looks(He looks quite macho).... =) I stood up with many others during the concert ystd nite shouting in a supportive way for the guys and u noe wat, I feel that it's great to be part of all dish, really beri cool to shout!! =P BSB lives on 4eva and eva in my heart!! I have not joined a fan club/groupie group in my whole life.... Bt I do wanna join a groupie tour real sn, seriously.... (^00^)v

Oh wow, I'll b having my braces removed on de 13th of Feb '06, a day b4 V-day.... =) Oso abt other stuff.... =D

dish ish Joyce Miyako.... =) I'll be having my braces removed on the 13th of Feb '06, a day b4 V-day(Valentine's Day).... =D It's surprisingly true as I've been wearing 'em for abt 2 yrs.... So it's time 2 remove 'em finally!! => Ha Ha Ha Ha.... =P I can't wait 2 remove 'em cos' it's an exciting journey 2 really marvel @ seeing myself w/o braces and 2 show others too.... (^_^) Well, I have gone thru' many rounds of job interviews b4 my exams in Dec(b4 20/12/05 & 22/12/05) till nw, improving a lot in my job interview techniques in terms of speaking & looking confident, emerging a lot more confident, positive & well groomed @ Raffles De Plaza interview on 13/1/06 & @ De Soup Spoon interview on 19/1/06.... =) I feel tt my PR skills have improved by leaps & bounds nwadays, being a lot able 2 connect & communicate w any1 & every1 more effectively.... =D I'm definitely de kinda person hu noes my goals & aspirations, so I'll strive hard juz 4 tt!! (^00^)v

I love fashion a lot, esp my new pair of white Korean imported boots which I just bought for $45.00 @ MaryJane, F.E.P(Far East Plaza).... =) Dish ish the first time that I've ever bought a pair of hot boots.... =D I ever thought of getting a pair of hot leather boots to wear when I'm invited to special functions, esp clubbing, pubbing & parties.... => I'm so satisfied with my purchase as dish pair of boots are soooo.... cool.... Moshi moshi, I have got de "Full House" V.C.D and I have already watched 3 out of 4 discs that contain 16 episodes.... =) De cast: my no 1 fave idol, de kawaii, sweet, charming and talented Song Hae Gyo, hot K-pop prince(Rain/Bi), Kim Sung Soo and Han Eun Jun(another Korean actress that I have juz heard of after watching "Full House").... =D It's a very, very interesting and funny show that tickles anyone's funny bones if u ever watch it, a must-watch!! => I kept on laughing and laughing when I'm watching "Full House".... Dish ish de second time that I've ever watched a Korean comedy.... De other show that I watched was "My Boyfren Ish Type B"(my other V.C.D that I lended to this 17-yr-old Chinese fren of mine, Chris who hasnt' returned it to me for quite sometime now).... I just downloaded a few more new unique ringtones this month lyk "Bag Pipes"(Scottish/Irish folk music), "Check Ur Mail, U Moron", "Kiss", "Whistle Wolf", "Zhen Ai"("Wang Zi Bian Qing Wa" by 183 Club), "I Think I Love U" by Star("Full House") and "Juz Lyk De 1st Day" by Park Yong Ha("All In").... =) I even copied and saved many of de "Full House" pixs and wallpapers into 2 of my floppy disks today.... My first god sis ish Eileen(17).... Her boyfren, Kok Min and I were @ her hm ystd nite sitting in her bedrm.... She, Kelly(her younger sis, 15, A.M.K Sec Sch) and Kok Min were on de bed chatting and I was watching them.... Eileen pouted her lips in a playful manner and she recored kissing Kelly when they were younger as if she wanted to kiss Kelly juz lyk last time.... =P It's very funny seeing her trying to do that again ystd nite.... =D I laughed seeing that she was really very lame then.... =) Ha Ha Ha Ha.... => I've alwayz realized that there's a bit of a very, very cheeky and lame side in everyone of us when we are in a great mood sometimes.... (^_^) Kelly told Eileen not to do that as she's embarassed.... Ha Ha Ha Ha.... Basically, Eileen and Kelly have alwayz been on very good terms as real-life sistas since young till now.... They have an elder bro who's serving N.S and he's of the same age as me.... Eileen even did the sound of a vacuum cleaner with her pouting lips(Sexy, man!! =)) and she tried to get closer to Kelly as if behaving lyk a "pervetic" person lolx.... =P She took out her Nokia h/p(She's sharing it with Kok Min) to record her unique sound.... Kelly pushed Eileen towards KM's side and vice versa.... Kelly ish oso very playful @ times too.... Their parents are very easy-going pple as this ish what I've realized all this while.... De other thing which I wanna say ish that it's very possible that I'll fall deep in love with James(Cheryl's ex pri sch mate whom she's not very close to) after knowing him for many months next yr when we meet up more often as he's indeed the dream guy I wanna be with in de future.... I'll have hope in myself in all circumstances.... I'll never let depression sink in ever again....

Another great news, I've had discussed my future partnership plans with Eileen, Adel and Mingli.... =) But Mingli aspires to be a nurse 1 day....

I've had already discussed my future partnership plans of opening a clothes shop biz(fashion shop) with Eileen, Adel and Mingli this month.... =) But Mingli aspires to be a nurse 1 day.... She told me b4 that she wishes to go to NYP(Nanyang Poly, A.M.K) to study Nursing.... She's a very nice, sweet, cute, polite, encouraging, caring, patient, cheeky, humorous, understanding and down-to-earth 18-yr-old gal full of zeal in her life(no matter how discouraged she can be after experiencing mean teasing from some of de pple in our sec sch last time).... I was a bit disappointed that she wanted to stick to her other choice.... But I'm very glad that she knows what she's looking for in life.... =D She has that sense of direction in her life which makes me quite proud of her.... => As long as she makes the right choices in life that suit her well, I'll alwayz be her pillar of support in her life.... (^_^) Eileen, Adel and Mingli are among my closest frens in life.... =) Initially, I named our future shop as JEMA w our initials den it was JEAM(Eileen gave such a cool and unique name.... =D) Tt's 5 yrs down de road, something which I've a passion for rite now(I juz discovered my new passion....)We'll be selling a range of nice, stylish clothes, skirts, dresses(formal and casual), jeans. 3/4 jean pants, esp capri, J-pop, K-pop hats and fashion jewellery.... Eileen and Adel are agreeable with my ideas.... => We'll stick to DeStInY in de end....

It's already Nov 2005 and it's coming to de end of de yr real sn.... Oh gosh, time seems to pass by so quickly and Jan, Feb 2006 are on their way.... Chinese New Yr ish on de 29th and 30th of Jan 2006.... Well, I've 6 good news to share as dish ish my usual way of doing so lahx.... =)1) Sis Adeline's, Mingli's and David's G.C.E 'O' levas are ending on 22/11/2005(dish Tues), 2) Keeping in touch with sis Adeline, Eileen, James, Mingli and David more often in Nov and Dec 2005, 3) Going to de Pulau Ubin resort with Cheryl and her bible-study session frens(N.U.S) on 27/12/2005(Tues), 4) Telling sis Mingli about my co-biz partnership with sis Adel and Eileen after her G.C.E 'O' levas on 22/11/2005 and 5) Meeting Cheryl in Jan 2006 when she's absolutely free, during her sch hols.... =D

I've 2 new Korean eyeshadow products under de name of Missha which I bought frm a shop that sells facial masks, cleansers, lipstick, nail polish, make-up & lip moisturising products near de food court & V.C.D shop @ Tampines Mall, 4 Korean facial masks(aloe vera, red wine, royal jelly & white-C treatment masks) @ de Watsons store near my home @ S'goon Ctrl, 2 new long stylish necklances(That's de range now.... (^_^)) & a new white flurry J-pop K-pop kinda cap with a tail sticking out on de top(It looks so cute & unique!! =)).... =) I'm juz so muz in2 fashion & accessories stuff, gonna change every clothing & outfit that's in my cupboard as I've 2 many T-shirts.... Oh dear!! Ha Ha Ha Ha.... =P But I'm definitely serious in being my own make-up consultant, ha ha ha ha.... It's cool 2 see that dramatic change of my cupboard, I'll love tt.... =D I juz kept in touch w David(my 17-yr-old guy fren frm St Andrews Sec, he's really v, v, v kawaii & leng chai<> lehz, by sms ystd morning & he replied bk 3 times.... => He's v, v, v cool 2.... my most surprising gd news, that's I'll be having my braces removed by dish Dec(21 mths, 1 yr 9 mths) which many pple are very hapi abt.... =) I've had been wearing my braces on de upper & lower part of my teeth 4 1 yr 7 mths nw.... =D I'm very glad abt mking dish wise choice of improving my smile & appearance wh has given me more confidence than eva.... => We've 2 pay a price 4 physical beauty, doesn't it?! But I want more pple I noe/those I dunno yet, 2 appreciate me for hu I'm, nt 4 de fact tt I've bcum muz beta-looking nwadays..... That'll b very lame & superficial.... I've alwayz felt tt inner beauty does count in attracting many pple 2 get nearer 2 u.... But outer beauty ish as impt, kinda, yah.... 2 me, all my frens r equally gd-looking in their diff ways, no pt in making hurtful comparisons.... Confidence brings out de true beauty in us.... Dere's a beta tmr if u blif in your hearts.... We dun have 2 be fearful of how others think abt us.... I've been blogging 4 4 mths nw, wh has been a cool experience 4 me, something which I really enjoy doing sometimes when I'm free.... =D De good news ish that I'll be having my braces removed around nxt yr's C.N.Y in Feb & then switch to retainers....Wow, ha ha ha ha.... => I'm looking 4ward to looking more @ myself in de mirror when I've a more brand new image with some make-up on my face with a cool and sweet style.... =)I'm quite vain nwadays(vainpot lolx.... =P)as I wanna hv a more different style in which many pple who know me are able 2 relate 2 me muz beta.... I know of an interesting game that u've to take an empty wine bottle and a pack of poker cards.... =) U only need a few players of different genders 2 play dish game.... =D Every1 has to take turns to play dish cool game which ish turning de wine bottle on de floor and pick a card frm many other cards .... I'm back again now.... =D Cor me Miyako, ok?! (^00^)v .... I've juz created dish new nickname for myself wh sounds very Jap, rite?! =) I'm very proud of my new nickname.... Yea.... I've a frenship poem wh I think might sound very familiar with many of u by now.... So here it goes: "Love starts with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a tear. I'm back for more serious business after not blogging for quite sometime.... I feel that nowadays more and more youngsters are looking forward to trying out new methods of dating and meeting new pple of a different gender such as chatrooms, MSN Messenger and etc, not forgetting through Internet gaming sites where pple having the same interests pit their game skills against each other and exchanging views on their gaming techniques, which I strongly think ish absolutely cool!! =) They even date someone through Friendster and blogging.... =D Some lucky ones even fall in love successfully with the other party.... I guess it's probably the minority.... Haiz, when ish my turn again?! =( Ha Ha Ha Ha.... I don't have to worry too much about all this cos' God 'll send the most perfect guy to me.... Actually, I do adore certain cute puppies and dogs lyk the little cavalier King Charles cocker spaniel puppy, the maltese, golden retriever and the Jap Spitz.... => I've 'd been to the 2 pet shops @ Maju Ave, S'goon Gardens, Joy Doggy and Pet Safari @ East Pt Mall, Simei shopping centre w sis Leen and Kok Min ystd afternoon and the Pasir Ris Farmway 2 pet shop with sis Cheryl on Mon afternoon to take a peep @ those lovely creatures, the creatures that are a bundle of joy in every animal lover's eyes.... (^_^) I even requested to touch the little chestnut-white little cavalier King Charles cocker spaniel puppy and the feeling of stroking its nice fur ish absolutely awesome!! (^0^) It's among the toy dog breeds and ish a friendly and affectionate puppy that suits the young kids and very old pple, basically anyone of any age.... =) I borrowed a book on the little cavalier King Charles cocker spaniel puppies from the National Library around the Bugis area on Mon afternoon.... It's very interesting to read up more about our flurry best frens and admire those sweet fotos.... Anyway, 1 of my guy frens, Calvin has agreed to get for me tt new puppy this month which ish an encouragement gift....

My mum reminded me before I went to sleep yestaday nite that we were going to Chee Hwan Kog(Sengkang) to visit my late Auntie Choh Hoon's altar(it contains her ashes) @ the columbarium...... So I decided to go since I've 'd neva been there before as my close relatives(frm my mum's side) & mum usually have to wake up quite early @ abt 7 something a.m. according to the prayer schedule by the Buddhist organization......They r more lyk the early birds, ha ha ha ha...... =P Cos' it's their habit & oso cos' they probably feel that it's very sincere doing so.... My late Auntie Choh Hoon has 'd always been a Buddhist & she was a seasoned traveller, having been to many countries such as New Zealand(My parents, maternal granny & I went together when I was only 13 afta my PSLE exams & she was only 47 den), Europe & etc...... She departed frm this world @ the age of 54(She was to turn 55 on the 23rd of Dec 2005, a day before X'mas Eve) frm colon cancer(My mum knew that my late Auntie wld leave us sooner or lata cos' the latta's illness was getting frm bad to worse...... =()...... I woke up @ abt 8 something a.m. today & 've 'd my breakfast with my mum, done every necessary thing & left our home a bit lata.... We were in a hurry to flag down a cab to get to our destination this morning as the journey ish quite long...... Actually, I'm oso very sincere in visiting my late Auntie Choh Hoon's altar @ Chee Hwan Kog this morning.... We even prayed to the other gods there as I'm an unbaptized Christian.... My prayers were especially made for me to have more & more positive possibilities in my life(such as getting gd results for my Dip in Mass Comms course wh tks abt 7-8 mths), having many more chances to widen my social circle by getting to know muz betta frens hu r nice, sweet, kind, sincere, patient, loyal, caring, understding, cool, helpful, sociable, amiable, encouraging & outdoor pple with a charisma abt them hu oso share the same interests as me & etc.... My late maternal & paternal granddads' & great grandma's altars r oso @ the columbarium so I oso went to kneel down to pray to them, praying that they watch ova the pple around me, esp my parents & I & etc.... As I was engrossed in praying sincerely, I happened to be reminded of that message wh Mr Soh suddenly send me last Sat aftanoon wh he confessed that he din lyk me on a romantic basis & I was too overwhelmed by the sadness in my heart that I told my late Auntie Choh Hoon, my maternal & paternal granddads + great grandma in my silent prayers that I've 'd always been lyking him on a romantic basis but my love was unrequited....... =( I admit that I've 'd always gotten quite emotional wheneva I face emotional troubles as I've a sentimental nature...... In Hanyin Pinyin, u cld say that wo shi ke kan qing yong shi de ren...... I'm trying my very best to change this nature of mine to be muz more hard-hearted if I face such situations again in the future.... I used to be too innocent & naive last time but I'm no longer as innocent & naive as before, as I strongly believe in standing up for my rites...... That should be the way!! In life, we go thru' many painful, bitter experiences cos' God wants to mould our character to be muz stronger emotionally...... He's the Potter & we r the clay that he has to mould...... Sometimes, we realize that it doesn't pay to be kind & sweet when certain pple dun even bother abt wateva we do(They oso dun care whether u r sincere & good enuf to their expectations when they themselves have to look @ themselves in the mirror- their character.....) We r living in a fallen world frm grace where we experience backstabbing frm pple hu dun deserve our kindness, where there's a lot of selfishness, pride, lust for the opposite sex, jealousy & not being appreciated by undeserving pple....... =( That's so pathetic & sad, man!! There's a saying that our character ish a reflection of ourselves...... I guess many of u muz have heard of it.... Religion makes us feel @ peace with each other in times of emotional troubles so it plays a very important role in our life.... Life ish imperfect, so r pple(We r all sinners...... Be our sins big or small, they count!!).... We can't expect the world to change for us, we've to make changes for the world to make this world a muz beta place to live in!! Otherwise, there'll be great animosity towards the pple we've conflicts with & unnecessary prejudice all around us...... We've to think carefully of every step we mk in life by being clear of the consequences...... As long as we've 'd already tried our best in everything we do, let's nt b worried of hw others think of us...... We live for ourselves, nt for them...... There's another thing that I've 'd juz realized & that's neva flatter others too muz cos' it's unnecessary.... But a little flattering ish acceptable.... =) Ha Ha Ha Ha.... =D

I'm Joyce & this ish the first time that I'm a blogger.... =) Hee Hee Hee Hee.... =D Our mind acts as a powerul magnet & it attracts whatever things we are thinking about, be they positive or negative.... So we should learn to think positively @ all times.... When we look on the bright side of things, we find that things usually work out better for us & we become more cheerful & smiley.... => I admit that I've 'd fallen deep in love with my Friendster guy fren of 4, 5 mths with the surname of Soh (He's 19-going-on-20 this yr) but he suddenly send me a message yesterday afternoon to tell me that he doesn't like me on a romantic basis after I messaged Cheryl to give her his handphone no. & told her how much I've 'd been missing him always for the past 1 wk...... He said a few very hurtful things in his message which has had made me very upset, hurt, disappointed & heartbroken.... I'm an unbaptized Christian & yet fell so hard for him(He's a Buddhist)....... I cried a few times over him & his message...... I've 'd been surfing the Net since 10 something a.m. till abt 2:20 p.m. like that @ that time when I saw his message...... The person whom I wished to call came to my mind @ that very time & she's none other than Cheryl (my distant Christian cousin)....... She did send me a few messages yestaday afternoon regarding this matter...... She understood how I truly felt & comforted me....... I really appreciate what she did....... She helped me to ask him whether he like me on a romantic basis....... The truth hurts....... But I'm gonna pull through my sadness & shock to become a different person...... I'm very sure I can do it!! I even told my best fren & 2nd god sista of 4, 5 yrs(Mingli) abt it & she comforted me a lot....... I'm very touched by their sincere willingness to lend me a shoulder to cry on in times of difficulties & setbacks....... They always care & love me so much.... I may seem emotionally strong on the outside but the fact is that I'm actually very fragile on the inside..... On a final note, I strongly believe that there are always more & more positive possibilities in my life & in the near future so I shouldn't feel as if I'm totally hopeless when it comes to frenships, romance, studies & career.... I'll pray sincerely abt getting together with him as a couple smday when he finally likes me on a romantic basis.... De reasons why I fell so hard 4 Mr Soh was that I feel that he ish a pretty cool, nice , sweet & encouraging guy hu has a charisma about him hu's so into K-pop, J-pop, Korean & Jap stuff, bowling & clubbing(He goes clubbing occasionally @ Chinablack)....
